TideBook

Privacy Policy · Effective 5 August 2026

The short version: TideBook collects nothing. Every date and every daily entry you record is stored only on your device. Nothing is ever transmitted, synced, or shared — with us or with anyone else.

What we collect

Nothing. TideBook has no account system, no cloud backend, no analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting, and no third-party SDKs that collect data. The app makes no network requests with your data.

Where your data lives

Everything you enter — cycle dates and daily answers — is saved in the app's local storage on your phone. It never leaves the device. If you delete the app, that data is deleted with it. You can also erase everything at any time from Settings inside the app.

What we can see

Nothing. We have no servers and receive no information from the app, so we cannot see, restore, or hand over your data — even if asked.

Third parties

The app contains a link to Buy Me a Coffee (a way to support development). Opening it launches your browser and is governed by that site's own privacy policy. The app itself sends nothing.

Not a medical device

TideBook's predictions are estimates and cycles vary widely. It is not a contraceptive method and not a diagnostic tool.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted at this address with an updated effective date. Since the app collects nothing, meaningful changes are unlikely.
